Mathis Pichler

After completing his apprenticeship, Mathis Pichler followed his dreams and went into HR to deepen his knowledge in this area.
In July 2024, he completed his commercial education with a professional matura at HKV-Aarau. He has 3 years of professional experience in the retail sector in the areas of HR, finance, purchasing, sales and marketing and has thus been able to acquire a broad fundamental knowledge. In HR, he has already implemented his first projects in the areas of recruitment, personnel administration and event management.
Mathis has a great ability to empathise with and analyse people and situations. His strength lies in communication. He speaks fluent German, French and English. He works in a very goal- and solution-orientated manner and places great value on openness and appreciation.
