We conduct preliminary selection by telephone, Skype, or Facetime; then we send you a summarized report of these interviews. Afterwards we conduct the first personal interviews, and present you with the TOP candidates. We help you reach your decisions, prepare your contracts, and assist during the integration process.
We obtain references and conduct assessment centers on your request.
