Luisa Mariotti is an ICF certified coach with 15 years of international experience in career transition as well as in executive and business coaching.
Following her university studies in literature, Luisa started to work in career coaching at the leading Outplacement company in Italy. Over the past 15 years, she supported numerous individual and group Outplacement programs and managed career transitions for hundreds of people across different industries and hierarchical levels.
Her approach is based on considering each person’s individual situation and working together with them to reach their targets. She guides people to realize their skills, qualities and full potential. Her working style is characterised by active listening, along with empathy and a strong vision.
